 Things have been CRAZY around here! Yes, life, hackers, and stuff have gotten the best of us. We're sorry the August update kinda didn't happen. But we're back on track. A Little Rest & Relaxation - July 8, 2008

July is our "off" month. Like many of our visitors, we are taking this time to enjoy the warm weather with our kids and spend time focusing on family. We will not be updating our content this month, and as a result our blogs will be a little slow too. However, the site is still open, and if you haven't been here in a while, we added a ton of goodies to the site for our June 5th Anniversary! You can see that all of those additions. ALSO--be sure to check out the brand new LOK Network of Sites! You can click the link at the top of the homepage and get to any of our "sister" sites. We'll see everyone in August!
 In Features, two new interviews in our Working with Lots of Kids periodic. We sit down with author L. Shelby, and we feature a new interview with the webmaster of Lotsofkids, Michelle Lehmann. Plus a new Michelle's Musings (note, this is the June 2008 installment, we had previously linked the May issue).
 In Parenting, we have gathered a collection of noteable quotations and present them in this new compilation.
 We've gotten a lot of mail over the years. Read some of our favorites in the new LOK Mailbag.
 We add another feature to our 4th of July Seasonal collection, a new article on inexpensive ways to Spend Summer Close to Home.
 In our continuing effort to help our readers tackle the issue of laundry, we've added a new article Summer Laundry Catch-Up. Plus we've added some reader-submitted pictures to our popular Family Closet article.
 In our LOK-Kitchen, a new and seasonal Recipe of the Month. Plus an all new Cooking Challenge for June!
 We announce the winner of our Reviews Posting Contest in the Buzz Blog.
 We have gotten numerous requests to have the site translated into different languages for our foreign visitors. While we do not have the resources to undertake such a large endeavor, we are very happy to announce we have done the next best thing! We have incorporated a translator widget into the most of the pages of the site, allowing visitors to get a translation of the page into one of eight languages. Please note that this function is not available for the forums.
