Frugality with a Large Family is a lot like...Candy.

Good & Plenty - These are the times where we have more than enough to go around. This can be a mixed blessing since it's easy for me to forget my frugality when we have a big buffer.

Now & Later - When I save and when I spend.

Crunch - What I do ever month to the budget numbers to make them work.

Red Hots - The clearance sales at the local discount store, where I'll save 50-75% on clothes for my kids next year.

Lemonhead - What I feel like when I impulse buy and later learn I could've gotten the item much cheaper had I waited.

Snickers - What I get from people when they hear how "little" I have to spend to feed my family of 11.

Milky Way - The dairy section of the supermarket, the one area I just can't seem to trim my budget.

100 Grand - The amount I would need to win in the lottery to even consider not being frugal.

Cookies & Cream - The things I'm cutting from my grocery list because money's tight this month.

Hershey's - The family down the block who gave me dirty looks when I pull out a stack of coupons at the checkout line.

Mounds - ...of laundry that is. Have to find the best deals on detergent...and save for the high efficiency washer.

Kisses - What I give my kids when they agree to live with holes in their sneakers for another week until that sale starts on Payless.

M&Ms - For the 2 key words in frugality: Money and Management.

Jelly Beans - The two items I managed to get free this week through smart couponing.

Whoppers - What we got at the take-out window for dinner, because they have a 2 for 2 deal going.

Lifesavers - Those income tax refunds, when I can finally pay down that credit card.

Symphony - The reward for meeting my savings goals.

Payday - Here comes the check, right into the bank. Time to do it all over again.
