In the past, when a User had a problem with the site, they would usually contact us via email, private-message, or other means. This often resulted in some items getting overlooked or lost in the shuffle. In order to streamline the process and help assure that issues are dealt with in a timely manner, we have set up this support system. This system is designed to report and address all issues, from simple notification of broken links to requests for username changes on the forums. Please note that while we will address all issues, some will take priority over others and be handled quicker than others, so please be patient.

Some people like to know when their issue has been handles, and/or there may be the need for us to request more information about a problem. Some issues, such as pointing out a grammar issue or a broken link may not require any further communication at all. Note, you are not required to follow-up on any issue.
