Getting so frustrated!!!!! I have been stuck bouncing between 1 lb here since my hi cal day on Sat. I have been so good since and I never went over my total weekly limits with the Sat. eating and have even exercised some. GRRRRRRR

Found a sweet treat I can indulge on!!!! Fudgsicle Fudge pops. They are 40 cals 1 g fat & 2 g fiber which translates to 0 pts for those of you on WW. If you have 2 at a time, it is only 1 pt!

Just wanted to let you ladies know I still lurk here, and I'm trying to get up the gumption to start posting regular here. I think Nani's bfing days are winding down, so I'm considering cutting her off completely and going back to low carb. I'm always funny about starting on a Sunday or Monday though, so it will probably be a few more days if it works out. (nt)
